If for any reason you are not satisfied we’ll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange on products that are returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot be liable for the costs and postage incurred in returning the goods. You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the gift to inform us of your
intention of returning the gift.

Please note: Any personalized, bespoke or perishable goods are non refundable unless faulty. Also for reasons of hygiene, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on Earrings, unless faulty or not as described. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

How to Return your product
Should you wish to return a product, please contact us by email at within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with clear instructions on where to send the items you wish to return.

In your email, please state your order number and the reason for the return. If the reason for returning the product is due to damage or to an error on our part, we will be delighted to refund the shipping cost up to the value of the original orders shipping charge.

Returns and Exchanges can be made on full or partial transactions. Refunds will only be made to the original card of purchase.
