It has been Irish Hallmarked in Dublin Castle.
It is 7 and 1/2 inches long and comes with a Trinity Knot story and in a lovely Mc Cormacks giftbox.
The Trinity Knot or Triquerta (Latin for three cornered) is a triangular design of three overlapping arcs. The exact origin of the design is unknown.
The trinity Knot in its eloquent simplicity can be interpreded to symbolise many triumvirates;.Earth Air and Water; or Past Present and Future and it appears in the Book of Kells in the 9th Century where Christians use it to describe the Holy Trinity,
